I thought I was against Outsourcing. Then, I learned I was actually against offshoring. Now, I’m not necessarily against either. Funny how things change, isn’t it? I was confusing IT outsourcing with offshoring for the longest time– for some reason, I just assumed that they were one in the same. But they’re not. The issues that I have with offshoring, absolutely do not apply to Outsourcing. As a matter of fact, with certain Fields, including software engineering and other types of programming, I am starting to believe that the way of the future is absolutely through Outsourcing. I’ve been reading up on this a lot lately, and trying to Crunch the numbers. A lot of people I know are beginning to use Freelancers and their basic business operations, rather than hiring full-time staffers for certain elements of their Communications departments and other such things… I think, in the history of humanity, it has constantly been proved that people fear change. I don’t think that there’s very much weight in any argument that would try to refute that claim. I think the shift to a freelancer based, Outsourcing economy is becoming more and more real. Rather than complaining about it, we need to start forming strong teams if we want to resist, or, if we’re workers and not managers, we need to start tailoring or career plans to the possibility of freelancing and specialized labor. The days of old are gone, just as they always were, and always will be. Certain friends will remain Eternal, I think, but the way that they manifest will continue to shift. That’s just my 2 cents on the matter, but I can tell you right now that I am in the search for some independent contractors to do my work at an extremely high level, and although I’ve not started offshoring, I don’t doubt that eventually I may be swayed to do so.
So, I think this is the greatest Elektroroller company. They allow you to design your own electric scooter, and then they deliver it right to your door. Well you don’t actually get to design the whole thing, but you do get to, you know, choose the colors and which engine you want. And they do deliver it right to your door in full. It comes in one piece, and all you have to do is add a license plate to the thing. It is spectacular. I had such a positive experience with UNU, and I support anybody who is trying to create a world that uses less oil and gas, specifically for transportation. I think that this is essential, not only because it is good for the environment, but is actually a very affordable option for people like me, who are currently struggling to make ends meet, want to get around the city, but don’t want to constantly pay to fill their tank with oil and gas. I was shocked to learn how convenient was to plug one of these into a wall. They use regular outlets, and it only takes 5 hours to charge your vehicle to go for 50 kilometers, which is what most City people drive in about a three-day period. Where will you go? You can go anywhere you want within the city. You can’t leave the city, as these things top out at about 45 kilometers an hour, and you would not be too safe on many major highways. However, there are still a lot of possibilities for this, and they can make City living considerably easier and more convenient for absolutely anybody who lives in the city. And the company is committed to creating a solution for your Mobility that connect people and their city in a way that is healthy and sustainable, allowing every person who purchases one of these to embrace the full potential of Life in the city that they have chosen to live in.
